The licence is purchased per property and provides:

‘Enhanced’ can be renewed annually

'Standard FRA' Licence - Explained

The ‘Standard’ licence is charged per property per assessment and has a minimum cost of 5 credits per assessment.

5 Credits will cover properties up to 500sqm in size. Properties larger than 500sqm will be charged at a cost equivalent to 1 credit for every additional 100sqm.

Charges are capped at a maximum of 30 credits per assessment for properties of 3000sqm and above.

Residential properties assessed using ‘Residential Property Type 1 or 2 are charged a fixed cost of 5 credits per property regardless of the sqm.

The licence comes with one assessment and 12 months FRA reporting for the property owner, on QuidvisRMS. The 12 months start from when the assessment is published to the property owner.

'Total FRA' Licence – Explained

When buying the ‘Total’ licence you are buying both the ’Standard’ and the ‘Enhanced’ licence. The ‘Enhanced’ licence has a minimum charge of 13 credits per assessment and a maximum of 38 credits.

When buying the ‘Total’ licence you will receive an additional discount. On the Enhanced Licence element, reducing it from 10 credits per property to only 8 credits. The 8 credits are a fixed cost regardless of the property size.

The ‘Standard’ licence element of the ‘Total licence’ is charged the same as before. A minimum of 5 credits for properties up to 500sqm in size. Properties larger than 500sqm will be charged at a cost equivalent to 1 credit for every additional 100sqm, capped at 3000sqm per assessment.

Therefore the ‘Total Licence’ charges are capped at a maximum of 38 credits per assessment for Properties of 3000sqm and above.

The 'Enhanced' licence can be purchased at anytime as an upgrade to the ‘Standard’ licence. It is charged at a fixed fee of 10 credits per property, regardless of the property size.

The licence is for 1 year and will require renewing 12 months from the date of purchase.

If the property does not need a re-assessment you can renew just the reporting and risk management licence.

The licence is purchased per property and is charged at a fixed fee of 5 credits, regardless of the property size. The licence provides:

'Enhanced Reporting', Renewal Explained

Reassessments

You can choose to carry out a reassessment of a property.

Reassessments can be managed through the QuidvisRMS and you can choose either a 'Standard FRA' or a 'Total FRA' licence.
