Assessment reports are generated automatically once the assessment is complete. This allows assessors to capture a more comprehensive assessment on-site, focusing on the property rather than spending hours off-site writing up a report from notes taken.



Manage assessment priorities

Preloaded work can be assigned to assessors. This can include assessment information and completion dates. Preloading the information onto Quidvis App helps reduce the time spent entering information such as address and etc..

Complete a robust review of a property's ‘Risk Management’ including:

  • Site and Personal Information
  • Management Policies
  • Management of Fire Safety

This allows an in-depth review of all policies and procedures. The device will display information relevant to the assessment type being carried out.

Identify risks

  • Choose from 100’s of pre-loaded risk types, each with suggested observation and recommendations. These can be edited to suit, or you can add your own from scratch.

Provide an Executive Summary for each property

  • An assessor can highlight key areas of concern or good practice
  • Add an overall risk rating for each property


Time management

Assessment reports are generated automatically once the assessment is complete. This allows assessors to capture a more comprehensive assessment on-site, focusing on the building rather than spending hours off-site writing up a report from notes taken.


Flexibility

Any competent assessor can use the assessment app. It’s simple to download and will work on most devices that run the latest Android or IOS versions.

It doesn’t matter how many assessments the assessment company or assessor carries out using the QuidvisRiskApp. There are no annual licence fees or minimum number of assessments. Companies pay as they go and can allocate assessments to any assessor, all they need to do is download the app, which is free to download.
