Paul Ottley, the Managing Director of Quidvis, possesses over three decades of extensive experience in the fire, security, and risk management industry. With a profound expertise in the field, Paul has previously managed global roles, providing services to clients worldwide. His unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional support, leadership guidance, and innovative solutions is evident. Paul collaborates closely with our management teams to devise creative solutions and growth of our current and prospective clients by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.

Sarjinder Dhillon is the Business Development Manager for Quidvis. Referred to as Dhil, he has over a decade experience in the Fire and Security industry. Covering areas such as Risk Management, PPM Fire and Security maintenance, new system installs and Fire design he has in depth knowledge of the unique challenges of the sector and is best placed to provide a solutions led approach to Fire Risk Management. Working closely with other areas of the organisation, he is able to assist customers with a wide range of products and services across the sector.

Marina Reeves is a seasoned First-Class Account Manager at Quidvis Risk Management, with over 5 years of experience. Renowned for her exceptional ability to understand client needs and align them with strategic solutions that drive long-term value. With a sharp eye for maximising revenue and profitability, Marina consistently delivers results while focusing on sustainable, long-term contract engagement.

Her strengths lie in her exceptional people skills and refined management capabilities, which enable her to build strong, trusted relationships with clients across a wide range of industries. Marina is known not only for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction but also for her proven track record in extending contract terms and enhancing client retention.

Michael Archer is the Head of Fire for Quidvis Ltd. Michael has over 38 years’ experience in both the private and public fire safety sectors. Michael provides a wealth of technical and practical knowledge for both our fire risk assessment team ensuring they maintain their competence and support for our clients. Michael is also responsible for ensuring maintenance of our third-party accreditation for the BAFE Competency scheme, SP205 – Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment. Ensuring as a company we provide suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments to a very high standard.

Michael is a Member of The Institution of Fire Engineers and a Member of The Institute of Fire Safety Mangers and is listed on the IFSM Tier 3 Fire Risk Assessor register.

Mark joined Quidvis in 2023 and has been a developer since 2020. With strong experience in both web-based applications and mobile development, he became Development Manager in August 2024 as the team expanded from two to five members. Mark leads and supports the team through Quidvis’ recent growth, including the introduction of Fire Door, PAT, Water (Legionella), and Security modules. Working closely with Managing Director Paul Ottley, he ensures client and business needs are seamlessly aligned with technical delivery. Mark is passionate about transforming complex requirements into simple, effective, and high-performance software solutions.
